"Yen" on this screen is only a number inside this screen. It is not real money. It cannot be bought, cashed out, exchanged for prizes, or given to anyone. It imitates a betting game. If you are under 18, please read this with a parent or guardian.
About this game
- This is a game where symbols spin like a slot-style reel. Three symbols spin, and if all three stop on the same symbol, your balance goes up. If they do not match, it goes down by the amount used in that spin. In addition, a fee is taken on every spin. No sign-up is needed. It costs no real money (it is free).
- Each of the three symbols is chosen separately by a random number on our server. The spinning on screen is only for show; the result is already decided when you press the button. There is no stop button.
- Nothing in this game deliberately shows more "almost matched" results. The three symbols always stop at the same speed and the same intervals. There are no lucky times and no lucky players.
- Each press of "Add to balance (free)" adds 10,000 yen. On every spin, a fee of 100 yen is taken first, and half of what is left (rounded down) is the amount used for that spin. The amount used cannot be changed. Because each spin uses about half of your balance, your balance roughly halves with every spin that does not match. If the symbols match, the amount used times the multiple in the table comes back. If they do not match, your balance goes down by the amount used. The fee is taken whether or not the symbols match, and it does not come back. The fee is not income for our company (only the number on the screen goes down). Spins without a match are much more common (see the "Chances and results" table). When your balance is 1,000 yen or less, that run ends. You can press "Add to balance (free)" as many times as you like whenever your balance is 1,000 yen or less (whatever is left stays in your balance). There is no auto-spin button and no fast-spin button. One press gives one spin (the result takes about 2.5 seconds). A one-line reminder to take a break appears every 30 spins.
- "Yen" on this screen is only a number on this screen. We do not, and will not, exchange it for real money. This game is not meant to encourage betting real money. In Japan, gambling with real money is punishable by law.
- This game has no connection with any site where real money is bet, and we do not point to such sites. We have no paid version of this game.
- This is not for people looking for real money or prizes.
- There are no rankings or awards. "Yen" on this screen cannot be given to other people or moved to another device. It is separate from the numbers in our other game (rock-paper-scissors) and cannot be moved between them.
- Your balance and spin history are stored on our server, linked to a cookie (a random number) in this browser. That cookie is saved when you first press "Add to balance (free)". If you switch languages, a separate cookie that remembers your language is saved. We do not ask for your name or email address. You can erase your balance and history with "Erase my record" (today's spin count and a few other items are kept). For details, see the privacy policy linked below (in Japanese).
- There is no daily limit on spins. The number of spins, the time, and the change in your balance for this run are always shown on the screen, and a reminder to take a break appears every 30 spins. If you feel you have been playing for a long time, please stop there.
- Settings 1 to 5 change only the chances of a match (the multiples, sounds and movements are the same). You can choose a setting at any time, for free. The chances change only when you choose a different setting. There are no hidden settings. The chances and how much comes back on average for each setting are shown in the table.
Chances and results
Current setting: 3 (on average 94.99% comes back)
Each spin is decided by our server with the chances of the setting you chose. While the setting stays the same, earlier results, your balance, and the number of spins do not change the chances. The chances change only when you choose a different setting. Over many spins, about 94.99% of the amount used comes back on average (the rest is lost).
In addition, a fee of 100 yen is taken on every spin. The fee is taken whether or not the symbols match, and it does not come back.
| Symbols | Chance | Increase (multiple) |
|---|---|---|
| cherry × 3 | 16.6375% | 3× the amount used (4× comes back) |
| bell × 3 | 1.5625% | 11× the amount used (12× comes back) |
| watermelon × 3 | 0.3375% | 24× the amount used (25× comes back) |
| seven × 3 | 0.0125% | 99× the amount used (100× comes back) |
| No match | 81.45% | Down by the amount used |
The multiple is how many times the amount used in that spin comes back. The increase is that amount minus what you used. A match means all three symbols are the same.
Comes back on average, by setting
- Setting 1 (85.03% comes back on average)
- Setting 2 (90% comes back on average)
- Setting 3 (94.99% comes back on average)
- Setting 4 (100.05% comes back on average)
- Setting 5 (104.87% comes back on average)
The setting changes the chances of a match. The higher the setting number, the higher the chance that some match appears and the higher the average that comes back. The chance for each individual symbol does not always go up in order (see the numbers in the table). The multiples, sounds and movements are the same for every setting. The setting you choose is used from the next spin. The setting is not saved: if you open the first page again, switch languages, or erase your record, it goes back to setting 3.
